Okay! Now onto the Q&A:

Q. What is Secret Santa Exchange?

A. It was an event held in this group where members sent me their private wishes. Afterwards, I matched everyone up to the best of my abilities.

Q. When was it held?

A. Information was sent on Dec. 4, and since I was late in delivering it, Secret Santa's had extra days after the deadline- 24th to 25th of Dec- to deliver the gifts.

Q. I signed up, but never received my gift?

A. If this is the case, please send me a note immediately, and I will do my best to a) find out what happened, b) take it upon myself to complete the gift.

Q. How were gifts supposed to be delivered?

A. Each SS would send their completed gift to the receiver through a note- however, if the SS would have wanted to remain secret, they would have sent the note to me to deliver in their place.

Q. I didn't sign up-

A. Well, wait until later this year and make sure to sign up then xD

Sign up for the Secret Santa Exchange is now officially closed. The last note received was barely before 2:00pm EST, lucky! Officially, 31 Santa's signed up, with two backups! Thank you very much for the person that volunteered. Now, I will go through the process of matching everyone up.

In the note, I will include; the username of the person you're doing the gift for, and their 'what you want' part of the form requested. Any questions regarding the gift should be asked through me, so the exchange will remain a secret. When the gifts are exchanged, the Santa has the choice of remaining a secret or revealing themselves.

I will, hopefully, be done with the match up and have sent all the notes containing the gift requests today, at 10:00pm EST.

By signing up, you commit to being able to produce a gift within 25 days. If you cannot accomplish this, please notify me immediately, so I will be able to make the gift instead. Know that this will also affect your eligibility to get a present in exchange.
Sign up starts now, November 23rd, 2012 2:00pm EST and ends on November 30th, 2012 2:00pm EST. This will give members exactly a week to sign up.
Exchange information will be sent to you through a note on November 30th.
Present exchange will occur December 24th, to December 25th EST.
